To apply, the application fee is only $50 per applicant.
 
Holding Fee is 1 Month Rent, due at the time of application approval.
 
· Applicants: Credit & Criminal must meet SATISFACTORY standards for approval.
· Guarantors: Must Score Tier 1 (Excellent Credit, No Collections), Gross Income must equate to 4x's the Monthly Rent
· Payments: Move-In costs must be made with Certified Funds (Cashier's Check, Money Order.)
 
Holding Fee (1 Month Rent)
This is a very time sensitive step!  Once your application is approved, you will leave a Holding Fee (1 Month rent) to reserve your apartment. Your remaining move-in money is due on or prior to the day you move in. The apartment is not off the market until a Holding Fee is paid to reserve it.
